At the same time, we also have an inner champion who believes in our potential and helps us push through tough times. How do you find that balance between these voices?

Join us for a transformative virtual panel session, Shift Into Balance: Define Your Inner Cynic + Inner Champion, where we’ll dive into these opposing forces within us. This session is designed for those who are ready to have open, meaningful conversations about personal growth, well-being, and making change—especially when it feels hard.. 

Hosted by a panel of inspiring wellness experts along with Dr. Ashley White, founder of The Shift Clinic, this engaging session will guide you through creative exploration and interactive exercises to gain deeper insight into how internal forces impact your life and your ability to create meaningful change.

Whether you’re seeking to shift your mindset, improve your well-being, or find more harmony in your everyday life, this workshop will provide you with practical tools and strategies to cultivate a stronger, more empowered sense of self.

We’ll guide you through a group creative exercise designed to bring your inner cynic and inner champion to life. During this session you’ll break out into smaller more intimate groups, led by Naturopaths from Clarity Health Burlington, experts in wellness and mind-body change, to help you really dive deep. 

For this creative element you can choose to draw, write, or design—whichever medium speaks to you. Whether it's creating a vivid image of your inner cynic, sketching your inner champion, or calling it out in a haiku, this is your opportunity to express how these forces show up in your life.

Get ready for an interactive and empowering session that helps you bring clarity to these conflicting voices, while connecting with others who are navigating similar journeys.

What to Bring:

  • Bring your preferred creative tools—whether it's traditional art supplies, a drawing app, a digital platform like Canva or even just regular paper and pen.

  • Settle in with a blanket, a soothing cup of tea or a refreshing glass of lemon water.
